Welcome to BeatSync PRO™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeatSync PRO software and services provided by RendereelStudio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using BeatSync PRO, you agree to these Terms.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully before using BeatSync PRO. By using our software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeatSync PRO, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License Grant

2.1 Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use BeatSync PRO.

2.2 License Tiers

Starter: Personal projects. 500 clips (Pack 1).
Pro: Personal and client work. 1,500 clips (Packs 1-3).
Studio: Full commercial license. 2,500 clips (Packs 1-5).
Enterprise: Everything in Studio plus custom clip packs. 3,000 clips (All 6 packs).

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT: reverse engineer the software, share your license key, use for illegal content, or redistribute raw clips.

3. Subscription Terms

BeatSync PRO is offered as a subscription service with monthly billing. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. All prices are in USD.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@beatsyncpro.ai.

6. Intellectual Property

BeatSync PRO™, all software code, AI algorithms, and included video clips are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. BeatSync PRO™ is a trademark of RendereelStudio LLC. Patent-pending technology.

7. System Requirements

Operating System: Windows 10/11 or Ubuntu 20.04+
Graphics: NVIDIA GPU with 6GB+ VRAM (GTX 1660 minimum)
Memory: 16GB RAM minimum
Storage: 50GB+ available space

8. Warranty Disclaimer

BEATSYNC PRO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RendereelStudio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Support

Support is provided via email at support@beatsyncpro.ai. Response times vary by subscription tier.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
