Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RendereelStudio LLC's storefront on Payhip for BeatSync PRO, Clareon, and Prometheus Shield.
Summary: All sales of digital software licenses are final. I offer a technical exception for verified compatibility issues that cannot be resolved through support.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are final. Once a license key has been delivered and/or the software has been downloaded, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
2. Free Clip Packs
Free clip packs are provided at no cost. No refund applies.
3. BeatSync PRO
3.1 Monthly Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
- You retain access to the software until the end of your paid period
3.2 Lifetime License
- All lifetime license sales are final
- The license is perpetual and does not expire
3.3 Credit Packs
- All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable
- Credits do not expire
- Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
4. Clareon
All Clareon license sales are final. The license is perpetual. Before purchasing, please verify your system meets the published minimum requirements (NVIDIA GPU with CUDA support).
5. Prometheus Shield
All Prometheus Shield license sales are final. The license is perpetual with unlimited application protection. Before purchasing, please verify your system meets the published minimum requirements.
6. Technical Exception
I may, at my sole discretion, issue a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You contact me within 14 days of purchase
- You have a verified technical issue that prevents the software from functioning
- You have worked with me through at least one full support session to attempt to resolve the issue
- The issue cannot be resolved through reasonable troubleshooting
- The issue is not caused by your hardware failing to meet the published minimum requirements
To initiate a technical exception request, email beatsyncpro.official@gmail.com with your order number, system specifications, and a description of the issue.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting me, your license will be immediately revoked. Please contact me directly at beatsyncpro.official@gmail.com before contacting your payment provider.
8. Update Renewals
Annual update renewals for Clareon and Prometheus Shield are optional. If you choose not to renew, your existing version continues to function. No refund is issued for unused renewal periods.
