All sales are final. BeatSync PRO does not offer refunds for subscription purchases.
1. No Refunds
By subscribing to BeatSync PRO, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable
- You have reviewed product features, system requirements, and available information before subscribing
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused subscription time, or change of mind
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your access to BeatSync PRO will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation
3. Technical Support
If you experience technical issues with BeatSync PRO:
- Contact our support team at support@beatsyncpro.ai
- We will work to resolve technical problems and ensure proper functionality
- Support assistance does not constitute grounds for a refund
4. System Requirements
Before subscribing, ensure your system meets the minimum requirements:
- NVIDIA GPU with 6GB+ VRAM (GTX 1660 minimum, RTX 4090/5090 recommended)
- Windows 10/11 or Ubuntu 20.04+
- 16GB RAM minimum, 32GB+ recommended
- 50GB+ available storage
Failure to meet system requirements does not qualify for a refund. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
