Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
By purchasing BeatSync PRO (subscriptions, lifetime deals, or credit packs), you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- User error or lack of understanding
- Performance on unsupported hardware (AMD/Intel GPU, Mac, etc.)
- Not reading system requirements before purchase
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Already used the software for projects
- Dissatisfaction with features or performance
- Unused subscription time or credits
EXCEPTION: Technical Issues Only
We will issue a refund if BeatSync PRO is genuinely broken on your supported system and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
2. Refund Exception Requirements
To qualify for the technical exception refund, you must:
- Meet all system requirements: Windows 10/11 with NVIDIA GPU (GTX 1660 or better)
- Provide error logs and screenshots demonstrating the technical failure
- Provide system specifications showing you meet requirements
- Submit within 48 hours of discovering the technical issue
- Work with support to attempt resolution before refund is approved
Refund requests must be sent to support@beatsyncpro.ai with all required documentation.
3. Supported Systems
Minimum Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1660 or better (6GB+ VRAM)
- RAM: 16GB minimum
- Storage: 10GB available space
Recommended Specifications:
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4090 or RTX 5090
- RAM: 32GB or more
- Storage: SSD with 50GB+ available space
Important: Failure to meet system requirements does not qualify for a refund. AMD GPUs, Intel GPUs, and Mac systems are not supported.
4. Before Purchasing
Please complete these steps before purchasing:
- ✓ Verify your system has Windows 10/11
- ✓ Verify you have an NVIDIA GPU (GTX 1660 or better)
- ✓ Check you have 16GB+ RAM and 10GB+ free storage
- ✓ Watch demo videos on our YouTube channel
- ✓ Read the FAQ section and documentation
- ✓ Join our Discord community to ask questions
5. Subscription Cancellation
For monthly subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Your access to BeatSync PRO will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No refund will be provided for remaining days in your billing cycle
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation
6. Technical Support
If you experience technical issues with BeatSync PRO:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@beatsyncpro.ai
- Include detailed error logs, screenshots, and system specifications
- We will work to resolve technical problems within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved and you meet all requirements, a refund will be issued
7. Acknowledgment
By purchasing BeatSync PRO, you explicitly acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand this refund policy
- You accept that all sales are final except for the technical exception described above
- You have verified your system meets all requirements before purchase
- You agree to provide required documentation for any refund requests
