RendereelStudio LLC ("I," "me," or "my") operates BeatSync PRO, Clareon, and Prometheus Shield (collectively, "the Products"). This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your information when you use my Products and visit beatsyncpro.ai (the "Website").

1. Information I Collect

1.1 Account & Purchase Information

When you purchase a license through my payment processor (Payhip), I receive:

• Email address
• Name (as provided at checkout)
• Transaction ID and license tier
• Payment confirmation (I do not receive or store full payment card details)

1.2 BeatSync PRO — AI Clip Analysis Data

BeatSync PRO includes optional AI-powered clip analysis. When you use this feature:

• Individual video frames are sent to a secure API endpoint for scene analysis
• Analysis results are cached locally on your machine and reused indefinitely
• Frames are processed in real-time and are not stored on any external server beyond the analysis request
• All GPU rendering, audio analysis, beat detection, and effect coordination happen entirely on your local hardware
• All 15 AI agent decisions, production wave coordination, and quality gate evaluations happen locally

1.3 Clareon — 100% Local Processing

Clareon performs all core processing on your local GPU. The ClareonNet neural network (2.08M parameters), CodeFormer face enhancement, and AI optical flow frame interpolation all execute locally. No video frames, upscaled outputs, or processing data ever leave your machine.

Clareon includes an optional AI Agent Intelligence system (5 agents: LENS, PRISM, FORGE, TEMPORAL, REFINE). When enabled by the user, agents send analysis requests to a secure API endpoint for enhanced processing decisions. This feature is off by default and uses AI credits. When disabled, all processing is 100% local.

1.4 Prometheus Shield — 100% Local Processing

Prometheus Shield operates entirely offline. All 17 protection layers, AST transformations, encryption, Nuitka compilation, and quality assurance testing execute on your local machine. No source code or protected output is transmitted externally.

1.5 Website Analytics

The Website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns. This may include:

• Pages visited, referral source, and approximate geographic region (country-level)
• Device type, browser type, and screen resolution
• No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics

1.6 Communications

If you contact me via email or Discord, I retain the content of those communications for support purposes.

2. How I Use Your Information

• License delivery: Sending license keys and download links
• Product updates: Notifying you of software updates (if opted in)
• Support: Responding to technical issues and feature requests
• Product improvement: Understanding usage patterns to improve the Products
• Legal compliance: Meeting regulatory and tax obligations

3. Data Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I may share limited information with:

• Payment processor (Payhip): For transaction processing. See Payhip's Privacy Policy.
• AI analysis endpoint: BeatSync PRO sends individual video frames for analysis. No personal information is attached to these requests.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

4. Data Retention

• Purchase records: Retained for the duration of your license plus 7 years for tax/legal compliance
• Support communications: Retained for 3 years after last contact
• AI analysis frames: Not retained on any external server; processed in real-time only
• Local cache data: Stored on your machine under your control; deletable at any time

5. Data Security

I implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• All API communications use TLS 1.3 encryption
• License validation uses cryptographic signing
• No plain-text storage of sensitive credentials
• Payment processing handled by PCI-compliant third parties

6. Your Rights

6.1 All Users

• Request a copy of data I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

6.2 California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information I collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (I do not sell personal information)

Legal basis for processing: Contractual necessity (license fulfillment), legitimate interest (product improvement), and consent (marketing communications).

7. Children's Privacy

The Products are not directed at individuals under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If I become aware that a child has provided personal information, I will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

RendereelStudio LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Products from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (Discord, YouTube, Payhip). I am not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
