Each AI interaction (intelligent analysis, advanced processing, or conversational AI) deducts credits from your balance. Credits are tied to your license and persist across sessions. You can check your balance within any product. When credits run low, purchase additional packs at any time without affecting your license status.
Monthly licenses give you full access for as long as you maintain your subscription. Cancel anytime with no penalty. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment that grants permanent access to the product, including all future updates. Both license types include the same features. Lifetime is the better value if you plan to use the product for more than a few months. Monthly is ideal for short-term projects or evaluation before committing.
No. AI credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them. This applies to both credits included with your license and additional credit packs purchased separately. There is no monthly reset or expiration date.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for subscription products and within 7 days for lifetime licenses, provided you have not consumed more than 50% of included AI credits. Each product has its own license key tied to your machine. You can purchase and run all four products on the same computer. AI credits are product-specific and cannot be transferred between products. If you need to move to a different computer, deactivate your license from the current machine through the application settings, then activate on the new machine.
